Negro - Black Means Slave By Law | Moorish American Not "Black or Negro"

9:42 PM

negro law slave status

They are boxing you in.

*The term Negro is confined to the slave African (the ancient Berbers) and their descendants. It does not embrace the free inhabitants of Africa, such as the Egyptians, Moors or the Negro Asiatics, such as the Lascars.  —- United States Act of 1740 — Section 4

By the way, the author of the above passage was not some obscure racist man.  On the contrary he was an elected official and lawmaker in the state of South Carolina.  John Belton O'Neall was a judge on the precursor of the South Carolina Supreme Court.  He was later elected to serve as Chief Justice and President of the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the highest court of the state.

Negro, Black, Colored, Indian, and African American Means Slave!

You may have heard before that the label "black" means slave.  Chances are, if you know any Moorish Americans, you have heard that you should not call yourself black or African American.  The passage at the beginning of this article showing how the term "negro" is used to denote someone with permanent slave status is not the only example that we have of how this label is used to entrap our people.

Your'e Boxed In By The US Census Boxes | Black Means Slave

us census black african american means slave

Many Americans unknowingly peg themselves into this slave status without realizing it when they fill out the U.S. Census.   Since most people do not read the fine print, they have no idea that the U.S. Census is a contract.  In the U.S. Census every racial category except for "black/African American" has origins in a group of original people of the Earth.

I understand that most people will blow this off and say that it is not a big deal.  Since it is nearly impossible to reach people with this type of mindset, this post was made instead, for those who are fearless and who think outside of the box.

It is not simply a coincidence that "Black or African American" is the only racial category on the U.S. Census which has no ties to the original people of the world.  The largest office within the Executive Office of the President of the United States, the Office of Management and Budget, is over the race categories used to classify people on the U.S. Census.  The U.S. Census Bureau must adhere to the 1997 Office of Management and Budget (OMB) standards on race and ethnicity which guide the Census Bureau in classifying written responses to the race question.

In the great wisdom of the OMB, they wrote the following standards for the U.S. Census Bureau to abide by regarding race:

White – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa.

Black or African American – A person having origins in any of the Black racial groups of Africa.

American Indian or Alaska Native – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of North and South America (including Central America) and who maintains tribal affiliation or community attachment.

Asian – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, or the Indian subcontinent including, for example, Cambodia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippine Islands, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Hawaii, Guam, Samoa, or other Pacific Islands.

So there you have it.  In plain English, it shows that "Black or African American" people have origins in any of the "Black" racial groups of Africa.  Everyone else has origins in the original people of different regions of the world.  Even "White" people potentially have origins in the original people of North Africa, in addition to Europe or the Middle East.

It's Not Self-Hate, It's Self-Determination | The Label Black and African American Was Created By Your Colonizers To Keep You In Bondage

Hopefully it makes sense to know why it's time for us to cast aside the labels placed on us by our colonizers and determine for ourselves who we are.  In the meme showing how they use the Census to entrap you I mentioned that the government is playing around with semantics, however this is definitely not a game. This situation is a dangerous one to be in for the so-called African American.

African Americans are not really considered a part of the human family (through law) and have little to no protections under the law.  Religion has been used via the Talmud and various popes issuing papal bulls declaring negroes perpetual slaves.  The religions form the basis for man-made laws and, even though there is supposed to be a separation of church and state, most of our country's laws and passed acts are based on the bible.  The U.S. Constitution is one example of a document heavily based on biblical principles.

Now, armed with the knowledge that several laws and government branches such as the U.S. Census bureau have left behind  a body of evidence showing that anyone using the labels negro, black, or African American has permanent lower class status, why continue to use their labels?  Why not use your own religion and your own oral history to determine who you are as a people?  We cannot continue to check those boxes and use those labels.

  1. Very good article but I believe the scriptures that's why I know that the Asiantic indigenous people of the Americans are not Moors but evidence points at a Hebrew connection. I agree that there are no African Americans because the dark complexion indigenous people did not orginate in Africa, they are of near Asian orgin. There are many ancient Hebrew artifacts that have discovered in the Americans. These artifacts have been covered up by atheist and Ashkenazi Jews which have assumed the identity of the decendants of Abraham. The first European settlers all believed that the indigenous tribes were Hebrews. Even the tribes called the old testament a transcript of their culture. Perhaps the Moorish people came with the Europeans from the Iberia? I'm am not a Hebrew Israelite by faith that believes that all the slaves came from negroland in West Africa because I know that the cast majority of slaves were indigenous peoples.

However I have read many accounts that lead to the conclusion that at least some of the indigenous people were of Hebrew orgin. Even the Ashkenazis admit this fact and have places it in many of their Hollywood productions. I once had a Ashkenazi rabbi tell me that I could be a Hebrew. That was 30 years ago but has time has moved on I realize he was trying to tell me something with out getting in trouble for spilling the beans. He was begging me to do my own research. I can't tell you the truth but I encourage you to dig for yourself that was his scripted message to me.
